Jonathan Jaques

Jonathan Jaques holds a Bachelor of Arts in Piano and Vocal Performance and a Master of Education degree from Doane University where he studied piano performance and pedagogy with Diane Ferguson.  He continued his studies in Music Education, Vocal Pedagogy at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Mr. Jaques originally studied piano for many years under the instruction of Mrs. Margorie Underwood.

Mr. Jaques is in his fourteenth year of teaching music, his third in the Omaha Public Schools district where he teaches vocal music at McMillan Magnet Center.  He is currently teaching voice and piano with SNJ Studio of Music in Elkhorn.

Mr. Jaques has been accompanying choirs, soloists, church services and honor choirs for twenty-nine years.
