Maggie Winterlin

Voice, Piano

B.A., Wayne State College., Vocal Performance. M.M. instructional Design and Technology.

Maggie Winterlin is a graduate of Wayne State College.  She earned her Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance in 2005, a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Music Education in 2017, and is currently working on a second Masters Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Doane University.


Maggie has taught music in grades K-12 for the last seventeen years.  She started her career teaching elementary music in Macy, Nebraska, then taught for three years in Remsen, Iowa, before relocating to the Fremont area where she taught K-12 Vocal Music at Bergan Catholic School.  During this time, she also taught vocal lessons at Wayne State College as an Adjunct Professor of Voice, as well as running her own private studio where she taught voice and piano lessons in the Fremont area.  In 2023, she accepted a position teaching elementary music for Fremont Public Schools.


Maggie, a soprano, has performed in the past with the Opera Omaha Chorus.  She is also a frequent singer at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont, as well as St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Elkhorn.


Maggie is very excited to begin teaching lessons at SNJ studios.  She looks forward to sharing her love of music, particularly voice and piano, with her students.
