Marilyn Ingram graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (vocal emphasis). She also earned a Secondary Teaching Credential in Music and English and won Outstanding Student Teacher of the Year. She taught both junior and senior high school in Oakland, California in addition to serving as a church choir director and worship leader. Marilyn toured with Chalice and the Joey Hamby Trio and on occasion, worked as a studio back-up singer. She also sang with the Cantare Chamber Ensemble.
After moving to Nebraska. She sang with the Clarion Chamber Chorale. She thoroughly enjoys teaching at SNJ Studio of Music and is very proud of all that her students have accomplished!
